We have a rammed mid-month update for you! Read on for all the latest news straight from WhiteLabelDating.com HQ...
We've had a great start to the month! The number of full members on our platform is 41% greater than May last year, with the average number of upgrades per day over the past week being the highest we’ve ever seen - a 120% increase compared to the same time-frame in 2010!
We have also experienced our two best days for members online and have had our best week ever for average (unique) member log-ins per day. A great end to Spring, plus we still have another Bank Holiday around the corner!
Internet World took place from the 10 - 12 May 2011, with a great three days of agenda setting content! We had a fantastic amount of visitors to our WhiteLabelDating.com stand and there was a real buzz in the air, our seminars went down particularly well. Thanks to Web 3.0 Lab , who gave us a great mention in their review of Internet World. Check out their post here.
We've expanded our Customer Support services to allow UK members across all networks to call our freephone number if they wish to upgrade over the phone from 9.00am-10.30pm, 7 days a week. The information is available on the payments page and provides another option for upgrade ease. If you have any queries, please speak to the Partner Team who will be happy to help.
After analysing and researching the market, we've made some changes to our current payment band structure to improve the service for Partners. All dating sites that are currently on the Silver and Gold options have been upgraded to the ‘Platinum A’ payment band of £19.95. A newsletter was sent detailing all information on Wednesday, so if you didn’t receive this and would like to know more, please speak to your Partner Manager .
Our Web Dev team sponsored Silicon Milkroundabout, the first start-up friendly recruitment event that took place in London last Sunday. We're looking to expand our Web Dev dream team over the next few months to bring even more exciting enhancements to the platform. The team spoke to hundreds of talented designers, engineers, testers and more and it was a huge success. For more info, check out their blog post about it here.
