JANUARY COMMS ROUND-UP
Starting the year on a high, the 'free read' campaign that the White Label Dating comms team rolled out over New Year increased the number of members online by a huge 80%! Even better, the campaigns also resulted in a 25% uplift in upgrades.
With the focus for the rest of January playing on users' natural propensity to upgrade in the New Year, our comms to members centred around piquing interest and boosting member engagement. We also ran a variety of testimonial and dating-diary features to encourage and reassure members unsure about upgrading.

Global Radio's most notable success has come from XFM Connexions. Launching in November 2014, Connexions Dating is now celebrating an impressive 170% increase in monthly revenue achieved in just three months.
By utilising all in-house marketing channels to promote the site across radio, online, mobile, social media and events, Connexions Dating gained maximum exposure among the radio stations' engaged listenership. This, combined with a solid understanding of their customers, allowed the group to target potential subscribers in a highly relevant way. Subsequently, this resulted in strong conversion rates.
