As we enter the final month of Q1 at White Label Dating we’re excited to share the continued progress and success of our key projects. This month we'll be reviewing the progress of the projects implemented over the last few months, as well as highlighting a number of new and exciting project plans outlined in our roadmap.
Here’s what has been going on and what we have in store for March and the coming weeks.
Postback Tracking for your Google campaigns
In November last year we launched Postback Tracking for your Google campaigns. Postback Tracking is a vital tool that will help you generate higher margins and ultimately more cash through more accurate ROI tracking. It’s crucial to understand the true value of your paid marketing campaigns so you can confidently set your bids for each campaign, ad group and even keyword, to make sure you’re running your online dating business as profitably as possible. Using postback tracking allows you to do just that.
Our postback tool posts all revenues generated from a Google campaign (Registration count, upgrade count, Initial payments, Re-initial payments, Re-bill payments, Refunds and Chargebacks) straight back into your Google dashboard meaning there is no need to cross-reference different reports from the search engine and the partner portal, saving you time and effort!
We’ve stepped up Postback Tracking a level… or ten!
Since the launch of Postback Tracking for your Google campaigns, we’ve been working on expanding the tool to cater for all traffic sources!
We’ve now enhanced the tool to cater for all traffic sources, ensuring you can maximise return on all campaigns, regardless of where your traffic is coming from. Whether you’re acquiring with Google, Bing or Facebook (to name just a few!) you’ll be able to post back all conversion data straight back into the source dashboard.
If you’ve already set up postback for Google, this new enhancement won’t cause any issues. You don’t need to change anything! We will automatically update the format to work with the new advanced tool. It’s never been easier to optimise your campaigns and ensure you’re running your business profitably even at a granular level.
Are you ready for our brand new exclusive video series?
Last year the White Label Dating team started running insightful webinars to support our partners through the set up of new tools and to keep them up to date with all the latest from WLD HQ. We asked for your feedback on these and we’ve listened! You said that an on-demand series would be much more useful as sometimes the times of our webinars didn’t work too well with a busy day - so that’s exactly what we’ve done!
This March we’ve launched our brand new video series - The Inside Track! This exclusive video series will take you through exciting product releases, tips & tricks to grow your dating sites marketing campaigns, the latest news from the online dating industry and much more! We headed to Cascais for The European Summit
Last week, the WLD team jetted off to Cascais to attend The European Summit, an industry-leading affiliate networking event that brings together online affiliates, marketers and industry suppliers to discuss the latest customer acquisition techniques.
We returned with a tonne of knowledge to help our partners expand their acquisition strategies and stay current in an ever evolving online industry. Testing new acquisition techniques, such as email, SMS and dating review sites are great opportunities for our partners so that they can test which are the most profitable and provide the best ROI for minimal costs. It’s important to remember that each site's demographic will respond differently to different acquisition channels so it’s key to test and find the best channel for each of your audiences.

Our Partner Team are Google Ads certified professionals!
Last month the WLD Partner Team passed their Google Ads exams and are now recognised as Google Ads certified professionals.
Whether you need support in the creation of Search, Display or Video campaigns, or would prefer help measuring the digital performance of the campaigns you already have running, our partner team can support you.
The team enhanced their online advertising skills by gaining a better understanding of Google best practices enabling partners to grow their dating business even further. We recently caught up with our Project Coordinator, Louise, for a quick Q&A. We’re keen to learn more about her day to day role and the projects she’s excited about in the current roadmap.
Louise has been part of the White Label Dating team for over 6 years. Starting out in our Customer Care team, she joined the product team in 2018 to support our Head of Technology. What to expect in the months ahead
Early next week, our team will be attending Global Dating Insight’s first-ever New York Dating Conference. The USA's East Coast is home to some of the biggest dating sites and most creative brands in the industry and we’re excited to discover new opportunities for our partners as they expand into the USA and enhance their portfolio.
Later this year we’re going to be giving our USA network a huge push, with a number of new tools to support growth (e.g. our SEO tool launched last year to grow partners organic traffic through the free creation of keyword rich and location based pages), and the introduction of both location and interest based niches, there isn’t a better time to be testing US campaigns and broadening your dating portfolios across the pond.

Last year in our 2019 Partner Conference we shared plans to launch our brand new partner portal in 2020. Our plans are well underway!
The new tool will encompass industry-leading analytics, offering our partners unseen reports to help them review their metrics and campaign performance with ease, across any device. As well as new and improved reporting our partners will have access to enhanced forecasting and ROI calculations, phone and tablet apps for both iOS and Android devices to provide optimised reporting and full site management on any device, the ability to send scheduled and event-triggered reports and alerts, and lots, lots more!
Next month we’ll be giving select partners an exclusive preview to our brand new partner portal ahead of a wider roll out later this year.
